Challenges Faced by Nias

The island's population grapples with high rates of poverty, low educational attainment, and teenage pregnancies.

Under-education

Over 38% of children do no attend school, while many adults have only elementary education.

Intergenerational Poverty

Approximately 16.92% to 26.42% of the Nias population lives below the poverty line.

Teenage and premarital pregnancies are common, with increasing number of single-parent families.

Moral Decline

By equipping disadvantaged youth with essential skills, we aim to foster sustainable livelihoods and break the cycle of poverty.

Community Impact

Our project focuses on providing educational resources and support to uplift communities, fostering a culture of learning and ethical development to combat poverty effectively.

Project Updates

Construction of the main school building has begun.

An MOU was signed between K-PACT Indonesia and Evangel Global Missions.
